Sales Manager: UK Installation Market

TC Group International A/S (TCGI) seeks an experienced UK-based Sales Manager to drive sales and manage our customer base in the UK / Eire installed sound products market. The successful candidate will have wide-ranging experience in installed sound applications, and have a proven track record in pro audio sales. This position has direct responsibility for achieving the monthly sales goals for the products in the respective market. The role demands focus, creativity, follow through, top level communication / customer management skills and the ability to sell to the existing product needs of our customers, as well as recognizing and maximizing cross-company sales opportunities. Extensive travel within the UK market is required. The position reports to the VP of International Sales / Installed Sound Products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Driving and growing our business in the market
• Consistently achieving the sales goals in the market
• Implementing all sales and distribution policies within the market consistently and per the company strategies
• Providing product and application training for dealers, distributors and high profile users as needed
• Provide timely, relevant market feedback as required to TCGI marketing personnel and executive management
• Participate in trade show activities, company meetings and functions as required
• Growing and strengthening TCGI’s relationships with our customer base in the market


Skills and experience required:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in the UK / Eire installed sound products market
• Extensive knowledge of the technology and competitive product offerings in the market
• Great communication skills and the ability to present in front of groups at all levels of business.
• Strong knowledge of business computing and applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Self motivated to “run the business”
• A positive, team attitude


Work environment/requirements:

• Full time salaried position with bonus plan and benefits package
• Requires national and international travel
• Business office in Aarhus, Denmark and/or home office
